I had an issue here for a while where the transaction log was growing out of control. It acts as sort of a last resort for recovery purposes.

Some of which, are the same as yours, but to a lesser degree. It was also causing very strange issues. We had to get Quickbooks support involved for that. I've also had corrupted ND files cause issues, but again, these instances were all in years past.As Nic (who is awesome, btw) has suggested, checking your network traffic and congestion is a great place to look as well.That's certainly worth a shot, regarding the Linux server. I've had issues in the past (back in the 2006-2008 days) that I can't recall the specifics of that required me to create a new one, which fixed our issues. My whole network is 100, and all the clients run W7 Pro 2GB RAM.The TLG file suggestion is great one. Our company file is around 700MB so quite a bit larger than yours, we have 3500 inventory items, and we have no slowdown issues. Net technology I'm afraid, I just keep them patched, so yeah pretty much up to date.Your server specs are the same as mine, although mine is dedicated.
